Want to pay by invoice and book online? No problem

You can now secure your booking and pay by invoice online. Please ensure that you have a PO number/reference ready before you start the booking process. You won’t be able to complete the order without it. If you would like to book online less than 28 days before the conference online you will need to pay by card.

No VAT payable

There are no hidden costs in our prices – you won't pay VAT on Customer Experience event tickets.

Cancellations

Cancellations will be charged a £100 cancellation charge. The full fee is payable for any cancellation received 30 days before the event.

Photography and filming

Please note that filming and photography may be taking place at the conference for promotional purposes. If you would prefer not to be captured please let the conference staff know on the day or contact our Marketing Team at marketing@housing.org.uk.
